Return Policy
1. All products purchased through us within 30 days can be returned for a refund or exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all money back requested returns. For all money back requested returns, items returned in damaged, scratched or worn condition or missing any parts will have an additional 20% restocking fee however we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are in a damaged condition caused by any misuse or mishandling. There is no restocking fee for exchanges or in-store credits. There is no restocking fee for customers who were specifically recommended by us a battery model which was unable to function with their device due to verified compatibility issues. Any batteries with any modifications made to them that were not made by our factory will automatically invalidate their warranty and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will directly refund to your credit card or PayPal account after receiving your return within 30 days of receiving your return. The only reason we have a restocking fee is to protect our company from customers who try using us as a battery rental service. Years ago we tried not having any restocking fee however there were too many customers who would end up buying our battery just for their trip and then right after using it on their trip they would end up returning it to us only because they were finished using it. It is not as easy for us to sell a used battery and our company ends up losing too much money this way. If you buy a digital camera at Circuit City and return it they have a 25%-30% restocking fee and if the camera is scratched chances are they will not even accept your return request. The reason they do this is for the same reason, to protect themselves from customers who try to use them as a digital camera rental service.
2. Defective products under warranty can be returned for warranty service. All products purchased through us have a six months limited warranty.
What is covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your products purchased through us.
What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover:

Problems that result from:
  • External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
  • Servicing not authorized by us.
  • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
  • Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance
  • Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by us.
  • Products with missing or altered Service Tags or serial numbers
  • Products for which we have not received payment.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION). OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST SOFTWARE OR DAMAGED HARDWARE. OUR LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH WE ARE RESPONSIBLE.
How long does this limited warranty last?
This limited warranty lasts for the time period indicated on your packing slip or invoice. The limited warranty on all products purchased from us begins on the date of the packing slip or invoice. The warranty period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product or any parts. We may change the availability of limited warranties, at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
What do I do if I need warranty service?
First, please fill out our online RMA# Request Form
What will we do?
During the six months from date of purchase, we will repair any Dai Lung Inc. or batterygeek.net purchased hardware products returned to us that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. If we are not able to repair the product, we will replace it with a comparable product that is new or refurbished. After you fill out and submit your RMA# request form, just wait up to one business day for us to get back to you with your RMA # and specific return instructions.

You must return the products to us in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment. We will return the repaired or replacement products to you. We will pay to ship the repaired or replaced products to you if you use an address in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. possessions and territories). Otherwise, we will ship the product after all of your actual freight charges have been pre-paid and collected.

If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.
How will you fix my product?
We use new and refurbished parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and in building replacement parts and systems. Refurbished parts and systems are parts or systems that have been returned to us, some of which were never used by a customer. All parts and systems are inspected and tested for quality. Replacement parts and systems are covered for the remaining period of the limited warranty for the product you bought. We own all parts removed from repaired products.

More Return Policies:
  • All refund returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • All warranty return products must be still under warranty.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be in original factory cartons with all original packing materials.
  • All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included or you will be billed for the missing parts accordingly.
  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
  • Return authorization must be received within 10 business days from the date of the RMA or the return will be refused.
  • Pack Returns Carefully: Customer must pack defective items being returned as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
  • Replacement RMA items will be shipped back to Customers via FedEx Ground only. Express and overseas shipping is subject to an additional cost to the customer.
  • All replacement items will be shipped after we have received and processed your defective return.
  • All credits will be made back to the original payment method.

If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please make sure you notate the damage when you sign for it so that we may file a claim with the carrier in the event that the actual product you ordered was also damaged.

In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
