is not delivered to you when we said it would, then the shipping is free.
If you place your order anytime before 12PM Noon CST M-F excluding holidays
recognized by your selected shipping carrier (FedEx or USPS) your order
is 100% guaranteed to ship out the same day as you order or else your
shipping charge is free. If it is after 12PM Noon CST and you need something delivered next day it still may be possible however you must confirm this with us first via phone or e-mail.
Please note that FedEx Ground service delivers Monday-Friday by close of business day.

USPS Priority Mail (for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico only) = 3 Days to
